I am a Licensed Master Aesthetician and Healthy Aging Coach who has been in the beauty, wellness and spa industry for over twenty years. Through my workshops, retreats and digital courses, I love seeing my clients grow more confident and empowered as they experience positive changes in their skin and appearance.
As a child of the South, raised in South Carolina, beauty was a part of my everyday life. Trips to the salon with my mom and sister meant bonding time and camaraderie. The movie Steel Magnolias captures the energy of generations of powerful women coming together in beauty. This shaped my love for beauty on a personal level and my passion for skincare.
My journey began at the prestigious Euro Institute of Skincare and Wellness in Washington State where I earned an International Certificate of Skincare. My training focused on European Skin Care, holistic wellness practices and naturopathic techniques and took me to Paris and Istanbul for hands-on experience.
I began my career as a Medical Aesthetician in the Seattle area at a well-respected medical spa, where I developed personalized skin care and treatment plans for my clients.
I left the practice to join the corporate world, having the privilege of working with some of the largest professional skincare companies in the world, including Dermalogica, Murad and Image Skincare. In my corporate role, I trained and educated other aestheticians on product knowledge, skincare ingredients, and treatment protocols.
A lifelong student, I have also received advanced training in facial massage, manual lymphatic drainage, Gua Sha, body treatments, and am an oncology-trained aesthetician. I am currently training to become a facial yoga instructor and to gain my Food Matters Nutrition Certification.
I use my skills, knowledge and aesthetic prowess to help women learn techniques to look and feel healthy, empowered and radiant, with a focus on clean, clinical and ethical products as well as nutrition and lifestyle choices that bring joy from the inside out. My goal is to start a conversation about aging and to inspire women over 40 to age on THEIR terms and with confidence.
